Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Almost all order shipments will be sent by United States Postal Service (USPS) only to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipments to other addresses will be by the most economical means, unless otherwise requested.

For most orders, we will do everything possible to ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. For note card and stitchery kit orders, we will normally ship within 2-3 weeks, as each order is customized and is printed in-house.

We will advise you when the order has been shipped. If there is to be any delay in shipment (for example, an item is on back order or is out of stock), we will advise you by e-mail.

Returns

We are so sure that you will be pleased with your purchases from nature's Artworks that we guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.

If you wish to return an item for refund, please e-mail us at orders@naturesartworks.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING DATE to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please identify the reason for return on the back of your invoice and enclose it along with the item you are returning. Send the package containing the returned item to the address on the invoice. Be sure to write the Return Authorization number on the address label. We will gladly refund the purchase cost of the item, less shipping and handling. If you do not request a refund within the 30 day grace period, we assume you are satisfied with the product
